You have the right to return the goods purchased directly from our website valardiz.com within 30 days of delivery.

Product(s) must be in the original packaging with labels and protection must be present as on delivery. The goods must be in the same condition as if they had not been used.

In the event of a return, please send the goods to our main address in case you have purchased the goods from this website which is mandatory for a refund to be granted. The refund will be fully granted unless it is not as described above.

We only cover the cost of standard shipping. No liability will be granted for lost goods during shipment.

 

Warranty, Guarantee and Liability

 

We adhere to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany with decisive reference to the guidelines of the E-Commerce Verbindungstelle Deutschlands.

Valardiz is responsible for material defects and applies legal regulations. The legal limitation period for warranty claims is two years (24 months) with the delivery of the goods.

Claims for material defects are not valid, if the commodity is improperly treated or changed. In addition, subsequent performance may be refused if the costs are disproportionately high. Damage caused by normal usage and tear/attrition is not covered by the warranty/guarantee.

As these are limited goods, subsequent performance of an entire product can be excluded if it is no longer available. Valardiz reserves a certain number of reserve products for the respective product, which will be made available to the buyer in the event of a warranty claim. If these are used up, subsequent performance will be excluded due to the limited number of products.

Make sure that the warranty card is enclosed with the product when it is sent for repair in order to verify the cover. You will also provide us with your name and address for a return.

Battery changes are excluded from warranty/guarantee.
